Like you, I'm quite contrary, and sometimes 'cos of acute pain, I can't sleep, i get up and doze in my recliner.
We have nightingales around our house now, and it's so wonderful to lie and listen to their liquid trilling. So beautiful and so moving, that these small, drab, insignificant little birds can make such music.
I hope you sleep better tonight, my dear.
