I think learning completely about an emotion involves understanding what it is not. The illusory ones depend on others to exist; the actual ones do not depend on what others say and do.

hiii..

everyone wants this ...to be told anything but with compassion...even a sinner would accept his sin if told with compassion...we should try to inculcate this attribute in our daily life....

i think i am here to learn compassion, sometimes praying i feel this. i think you have written on what it takes to learn.with learning an emotion, would that be creating an experience or the emotion from what its not?
