That is exactly what I wrote in a comment the other day here about the case
being from NY I remember the case well. It destroyed an ADA and led one cop to suicide. It is hard for me to believe in the Duke case, that 46 guys gave DNA and there is no match. I also heard that the photo line-up consisted of just lacrosse players, no outsiders. A photo line up has to be a mix of people, if it is true, a good judge will toss it out.
It sounds like the district attorney wants to get re-elected real bad.
