Writing this has been torture on a certain level. Trying to write clearly about yourself when you were overwhelmed with emotion at the time the events were happening is difficult to say the least. I'm glad we connected.

Ms. Cynthia, I take my hat off to you. Your description of the stresses and facades of the nuclear family is so accurate and sparely, beautifully written that I broke out in chills of recognition and was immediately consumed by grinding envy. I wish I could have written that even half as beautifully. Bravo!

Ginnie, I worked with Theo. The commune / utopia he writes about is this place that I am writing about now. I was the last one to be let in. It was where I lived and I witnessed it's demise. How did you get hold of that book?
