Hi
Top up is the term we use to add credit to our mobile phones. You can top up by credit card via the phone supplier or buy a scraatch card and it reveals a code which you enter into your phone,. Your phone is then creditd with the amount you paid.

Marymary, I have two questions. 1. What is the exact meaning of "top up"?
2. I think everyone should read this, who want socialized medicine here in the good ol' US of A.
