You have to post to every blog daily
And respond to all your comments, plus spend time reading and commenting on the blogs of others. About the only person around here who has time for that much blogging is Ariala. Apparently, she doesn't work outside the home and/or has no real life of her own.
I can't see how else anyone could spend that much time on here.

I enjoy the reading and commenting almost as much as I do preparing my own posts. And I agree that the feedback from fellow bloggers helps keep me motivated. Good post. :)

it can be a bit hard sometimes
I guess its just that Bloggit it so huge. The quality of writing is often excellent and we are exposed to the real dramas and grief in people's lives. Sometimes like tonight I sit down to read and comment but if I find a really thought provoking post that might take up a lot of my time and energy.

i share your thoughts....i also feel the same..but i found few genuine friends including you..so rest all doesnt matter...one should keep oneself detached from a place like this & still learn to get a bonding with it..i think of blogit as a catalyst that helps me write nothing else matters .....keep on writing...we are here...

Probably because just writing our blog entries can be already time-consuming. We may not have enough time to read others' blogs.
Let's notforget to evenly split our time between reading/commenting on others' blogs and writing our own stuff. Glad for you to be enjoying a consistent readership.
