symbolize the alliance with God in the Ancient Testament...it is a symbol of forgiveness..

A-G, I liked these. The rainbow is an iconic image for me.
I used it in a children's novel I wrote + in a collection of poetry I put together. #1  really made me think. # 2 I couldn't quite get a handle on. Lovely stuff, though. Poetic as well as philosophic. And I do appreciate that short items often take longer to distil than long ones.
