rainbows...
symbolize the alliance with God in the Ancient Testament...it is a symbol of forgiveness..

A-G, I liked these. The rainbow is an iconic image for me.
I used it in a children's novel I wrote + in a collection of poetry I put together. #1 &#3 really made me think. # 2 I couldn't quite get a handle on. Lovely stuff, though. Poetic as well as philosophic. And I do appreciate that short items often take longer to distil than long ones.

Rainbows are peeks into the other world, the other dimension, the other plane.  God put Rainbows in the sky as a "...token of the covenant which is between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations."  Genesis 9:12

analogy.  I've always been perplexed by my inability to firmly grasp some concepts.  At times it's as if I can only see them as shadows, or fog.
