I would think that Doctors and Nurses and Research specialists would be 'required' to go to work, I would have a hard time trying to compell the guy that has to mop the floor to manditorially report for duty under such dire circumstance, if in fact they were dire. ( I used the word dire twice in the same sentence - weird? )
