The whole region was a mass of betowin type traveling people
who, had they all been left to their own devices would have sorted out their teritorial disputes long ago. But NO ! Pope Innocent III had to throw a crusade monkey wrench into the picture way back when and muck the whole thing up.

Yes, the Palestinians have a right to a homeland but not by exterminating Israel! That's what they want to do! Kill the Jews! Whose homeland is it, really? Whose temple did the Romans destroy which is now the temple mount, where the Dome of the Rock now sits and is said to be the place where Muhammad ascended into heaven? No one has any more right to be there than the Jews! Sorry to get so worked up.

Yes, Isreal has a right to exist, and the Palestinians have a right to a homeland, but rule of gun, and a eye for an eye are terrible things. I simply point out that even with perfect agreement and harmony, the prospects are not good.

I have to disagree. Both sides are not wrong. Israel has a right to exist. To say differently is to advocate genocide. Mankind cannot accept that!
