"An undisturbed moment..."

This is very beautiful! Undisturbed is the word you want in the final
stanza.  Also, one has to be very careful to give mountains and nonanimate objects human feelings like "shame."

I enjoyed this poem
comparisons to mountains are always great. Coming from the West Coast mountains are something I long for. Interesting how you compared the mountains breaking out in spring to naked bodies embarrassed and trying to be clothed.

I love this...it's very lovely! Beautifully expressive!
You  might consider re-working those last 3 lines though.

Shypettite: I love this line:

"The horizon line

frays with peaks

shooting into the sky

-ashamed with their nudity."

Very emoational, and powerful!
