i always have the optimism but remain the closed oyster shell.
 at least, that's how it feels sometimes.

Hi Ms. ShyP.....I love seashells, too, so pretty.
Shells never grow old to me...And we have all put them against our ears to try and hear the sounds of life...Nice poetry, as usual....
