Oh, I agree with you.....I always tell my clients to get a good nutrition
book. However, many places that I have come across always required credentials, that's all. Thanks for the info.

Love to Know Diet (
www.diet.lovetoknow.com), which is a sort of mini-wikipedia specifically covering dieting and diets. There is a nutritionist on staff, but you don't have to be a nutritionist to write for them. After all, it doesn't really take an expert on nutrition to read a diet book and summarize the basic plan. and even
I can tell you that a diet consisting primarily of popcorn, or cabbage, or what-have-you, is not exactly the brightest way to go about losing weight and optimizing health. Ya don't have to be a dietician or nutritionist to figure that one out.

They don't require you to be a nutritionist or dietician to write about diet and nutrition?
