I will just assume that even at 68 my body has a memory and keep working on it. The treadmill and little weights can't hurt me any. LOL

For how long is that memory thing true? Does it wane when the memory of the mind starts failing? I'm to that age where the short-term memory leaves much to be desired. What is the effect of the body's physical memory after retirement? I hope you come up with an answer that I like.
