Our economy gets stimulated by tax cuts and similar policies.
There can be no arguing with that. The President has done an excellent job of growing this economy. You just dwell on the bad. If you would check out the return on my financial portfolio you would be impressed. We are not rich, but with some saavy we will be fine. The rich people pay most of the taxes. By getting tax breaks the company I work for has doubled in size in the past three years. There will be another doubling in size over the next three to four years. Our bonues, and my wife's bonuses, are out of this world. Our benefits are wonderful. It's all because of people who work hard like my wife and I. We have not held our jobs for very long. There are good and great jobs out there. It takes some real hard work to find them. You will find one sooner or later. But your problem is not President Bush or the Republicans. This economy is doing great. You are not a victim of it. You are a victim of working for the wrong people. Do like my wife and I and find the right people to work for.

So you are saying
If the economy is doing well we need to give credit to the republicans and Bush, but if it is not then we are in the wrong to blame them?
Sorry, but you can not have it both ways.
Now I have yet to blame Bush for the economy, just that he has contributed to the problem by doing all he can to make it more profitable for Big Business to not take care of people by making sure they do not get held responsible for they actions that are bringing the country down. Once you start letting them get away with everything and then give them all kinds of tax breaks on top of that, you are just telling them to do as they please.
The truth is that Bush has done nothing at all to help stimulate the economy and he clearly does not care to. All he has to do is feed out some half truth and leave the important information out and all his backers will praise him and claim he is the driving force behind everything. Yet you then get defensive if anyone says the half truths are B.S. and that you need to look at the whole story.
Bush is not to blame for out problem, he is just helping them get worse and is doing nothing to fix them, which is counter to what a good president should be doing.
