I liked the episode where she was stretching t he food to accomodate extra guests by adding more water to the soup, and rolling the fish out with a rolling pin and I can't remember the rest. Great post. She was funny, and pretty. I've actually used the soup can trick more than once.

I have two "Lucy" collector dolls--the chef and the "vitameatavegimin" girl, lol.

I loved Lucy too. Bob Hope once said that the only woman who could look sexy with paint on her face and blue jeans on her body was Lucy. He was a wise man too!!

She was a remarkable woman
There are a few deaths that alter the face of Hollywood.  Her's was one of them, and things will never be the same.

Nan.....

I love Lucy too!  I still watch the reruns.  I also have a tie with her picture of the Vetavitavegamin show.  Since I am a nutritionist whenever I wear it my clients get quite a laugh! I liked this post!
