That was the moral given at the end of the episode. Go ahead and drive the cars, but do not act as if you are better than everyone because you do it. It is the right thing to do, but that does not mean you should feel superior to all those who do not do it.
You really need to see the episode. I personally think South Park is one of the best shows out there mostly because they are not afraid to go after any issue and they go after everyone equally.

Humility may be the hardest virtue.
If a person is doing what is right, and expresses his or her belief that the action is right, that person will automatically be considered smug. Our best bet may be just not to speak very much about the good things we do, but just do them and hope that others see and emulate us. There's no way of getting around the vocal promotion of things like hybrid cars, though. Hybrid cars are just a part of the solution, but no matter what a pro-environment advocate says, he or she will be labeled arrogant by those who do not wish to face the fact that the advocate's position is mostly correct. Even if the messenger is arrogant, that does not necessarily discredit the message.

kooka_lives - that is probably my biggest beef with the believing mentality
The notion that a belief in a specific religion and a feeble attempt to live by it's doctrines automatically deems all others as inferior.
