It is a MESS a TERRIBLE mess I agree. FYI: CA. State officials will be raising the cost of DL's and making it impossible to renew them by mail by 08? Reason: to help combat illegals from obtaining drivers licenses!!!!!!!!!! I'm so ticked off I can't see straight. # 1 Illegals buy their credentials under ground they don't go to the DMV for Christs sake AND once again we, the law abiding citizens are paying out the nose for a crock of SH~T. Thanks for letting me vent in your comment section.
