Hardly at all
Which, according to my doctor, is pretty amazing in this area. Sorry for your miseries - a numb tongue would drive me crazy, lol.  Clearer days ahead hopefully.

Whacky...tough to be allergic to mulberry trees; and I hate to tell you this but it's worth it to put up with them. My grandmother had one in her yard. When berries ripened, she'd circle the tree with a big cloth; we'd shake the tree - berries rained down - delicious!

whacky,

Mulberry trees are particularly bad.  If there are any olive trees around, they are even worse.  Garcia Lorca wrote poems about olive trees, but I can't get close enough to them to figure out why.  The worst thing is the molds.  They come from vegetation, such a massive weed populations, when it dries out the least little bit.

Keep your face and your hands washed real regularly.    The pollen sticks there, then ends up in your eyes and nose.  A cool, wet towel over the face works well for temporary relief, just make sure it doesn't have pollen on it.  Medications and vitamins never have done much for me.

Whacky,
