I'm excited that he has contacted you via email. I do not think he deserves any lengthy response from you even though you have a lot stored up ready to fling at him and I'm sure he expects to be hit right between the eyes too. Anyhow you must be physically and mentally exhausted, what a roller coaster you've been on. Kudos to you and Jay both

Not what I expected. The twelve step concept seems on target...
but it's a hard way to live a life. And how Jay continues to support you in this just floors me. My goodness. I guess there are surprises everywhere.
