I was kind of talked into a bridge and now I wish I had gone with the
implants...good luck with this.

Teeth are always a great investment. I had a lot of work done about six years ago, and I never have regretted having it done. You're right: it is expensive!

An implant is almost permanent. I hope you'll find a good dental surgeon.

Whacky, I have in fact gone through about 50 hours of labor with my
children, of which 3 were in the 8 pound range and 1 was in all honesty a 10 pounder! And, I still would rather give birth than go to the dentist! Good luck though!

You made me smile and I am left wondering if you ever did go through 18 hours labor with a 10 lb baby? Based on that experience I'd take the dentist

Whacky, I personally would rather go through 18 hours of labor with a
10 pound baby, than go to the dentist, but don't let that stop you!
Seriously though, I have heard really good things about them and if they make you happy with your smile, then I say go for it!

Whackydotter!!
Well luv, good luck with that. I'm one of those that opted for a full upper denture at about age 30 or so.
Now of course I am in conflict with a dentist here who has ruined my denture and I've written to the Royal College of Dentistry here.
I expect to see a decision on her soon.
