Next time I'll try to post something that doesn't require a warning label. I'll try to make it up to you with something better the next time. This post was a real stinker. I came here today just to see if it was as bad as I remembered, and how much damage I had done. Now I'm embarrassed to delete something that people have read, so I think I'll just throw another post in to cover it up.

Thank you. One of the things that I like about Blogit is that when you feel down there are always a few people who come by with sympathy.
Scrubbed in the ER? That must have been fun. The thought of it gives me chills. I just needed a tub of water and some soap. I guess I shouldn't have felt so sorry for myself, but at least I'll be more careful next time. As far as feeling sorry for myself, I never have trouble finding some reason for that. I have become so good at it that I hardly need a reason.

I'm glad to hear that I haven't been the only one who has things like that happen. I probably shouldn't have posted it in a blog, but sometimes I just...well, I shouldn't be negative. I'm in a better mood today. Maybe I can work up something
really cheery. Then again, when I try to be cheery I often end up being worse. I'll think about it for a while.

I've had to have gravel scrubbed out of my face in an ER before...

if you'd like to feel better
check out the expression on the face of my friend in the photo i posted in my dog trainer column tonight. it puts a smile on my face every time i look at it.
my grumpy day was yesterday and it was just like how you described it, one misstep then a quick succession of crap. hope your mood swings back to happy soon.
