Maj, reminds me of my Chinese History 0f World Reigions
professor at Boston University. Had him when I was an undergrad in the 1960's. Great course, but nobdy could understand him.

Strange people used to interest me, but I got my fill.
Now I just AM one.
Speaking of serial provenances, I once had an Economics professor named Kidane who had his baccalaureate from his native Haillie Salassie (sp?) University, Master's from University of Edinburgh (where he learned English with a brogue on top of his Ethiopian accent) and finished his PhD at Chapel Hill, where he picked up a little Southern twang. Good instructor, butnhis lectures could be a little hard to understand. This was at a State College in southern California.
