Dear Taffy.. Yes, sometimes we pick a bad banana on a good bunch. Many years ago I bought a VCR recorder and the first tape I place was a Demo for a Expensive Iron called 'Laura Star'. The tape stuck up and won;t eject. I returned the VCR in it's original box. No problem with the store called DAVID JONES, which is a big one here in Australia. They asked me what is the tape all about. I said nothing it is just a Laura Star. The lady clerk wrote in the replacement order: "Laura Star XXX.'
I saw her wrote that and said: 'No, that is not X rated. Laura Star is a Ironing Equipment.
She blushed like an apple. I did not re-act and she corrected it, gave me a new box, no questions asked and I walked out of the store Laughing with all my heart about the Laura Star XXX.
They gave me the same brand and it is still working now (knock on wood) after almost 10 years. So sometimes there is just a bad banana on a bunch.
