Nanaroo,
I can't get too fancy, but I make a pretty mean chili.  I won a chili cookoff two years running at my last duty station.  It's really time consuming though.  Only make it for special occasions and bragging rights.  :)

Nanaroo,
I love your list of names.  I'm the queen of the one-pot wonders.  I never bother to name them, but I like to use one pan.

A cooking attitude after my own heart!! I love playing around with recipes - seldom following exactly - adding or subtracting.

Nanaroo
Great titles!  I have never heard of Paella.  At least I don't think so.

Prof
Hi!  I must go and read your recent stories- I have time to do that tonight.  That is cool that you are familiar with paella- it's not a well known dish..

Yummmy!

Dear Nanaroo.. My wife occasionally cooks paella and when we share it to other people of different cultures it is always welcome. Chicken is one of the most international meat that can be served to almost all cultures.

I am hungry now.... regards.. Prof.
