That is because you are linked the photo in your blog entry to the location of the photo in your pictures list. Once you remeove a photo from that list, the blog entry photo cannot locate the photo it is linked to.
If you wish to keep the photos appearing in your older entries, please do not delete those photos from your pictures list.
