Maybe so. But the mere recognition that you are the prisoner makes freedom possible.

A very important undertaking, if you ask me.

Yes, it is. They are equals, after all.

Yes. Shrinking away from the gifts they offer only hinders growth.

You're right, and thank you.

I like the
neighbour sentiment. I am trying so hard to let go of anger and resentment. I have a fierce intuition that tells me things I'd sometimes rather not know. Unfortunately anger makes me a prisoner of my enemies all too often.

This leads to self evaluation!!

walk alongside your neighbour is an important mantra

I believe people are designed for relationships. Love your neighbor
is not a command to benefit them, it is a command to help us not become alone.

we are all connected and what we do impinges on those around us.
Nicely done as always!

Yes. And not only that, but you invite yourself to be victimized further.

hii

thank you for your comments on my story...yes i've heard about J.krishmanurti, but i'vent read his work...i'll try to find it.Am very glad that some of my readers stop & take time out to share their thoughts about my work..it boosts my confidence.

Abotu this post of yours i would say ..its very..human at the core, i too believe that we are not made to travel alone...we should walk together ...if we were meant to travel alone on this journey...almighty would have created each one of us on a different planet to live alone & explore but without people around you you cant learn through the journey..great thought you've crafted.

Very deep philosophy.

Dear avant-garde, This is very deep philosophy. Every line is a story by itself.

Thank you for your comments and enduring my horror blog.  I really don't want to write more HORROR BLOGS because it might scare a lot of bloggers. LOL.

Three cheers for you.   ... Prof

its those expectations that are aways causing us grief. we expect and therefore we are disappointed, as if we knew ,we invite the demise of our illusions.
