My favourite food -- at any time, breakfast included -- is small, sweet pickled onions, grapes and olives, eaten together of course.
As it is, thanks to my coronary adventures over Christmas, I make do with a tostada con tomate. This is a toasted bun with olive oil dribbled over it, and pulped tomato spread on that.It's quite tasty and very low in cholesterol.
Pray tell me : what is that weird and slightly menacing looking serrated object in the left hand corner of your picture? Is it some kind of stalk-and-slash weapon? Come back jack the Ripper : all is forgiven.

Yesterday, after juice and hot oatmeal with blueberries, I topped it off with a left-over chunk of homemade pizza with a crispy crust - and, no kidding - it's made with seven whole grains.!!

Do like the kind with the strawberries in it and the ones that are like cheerios!

Ya blueberries are good for what ails ya eh? And even if they aren't...they make me 'feel' healthy! Ha!

whew- I'm glad I'm not the only one! I love kashi cereal, we have that a lot around here- do you eat the puffed kind? That is really good with blueberries!

Although I'd only do that on a weekend....I'm super careful about being healthy during the week...although pizza is protein and dairy! I just ate a bowl of Kashi cereal with a handful of blueberries and washed it down with blueberry mango juice...damn...I forgot it was the weekend...now where are those cookies?
