thanks! I like this photo because the anticipation of catching fish is just as much fun as catching them

Ten miles our of to the sea.
Dear Nana... That distance is not near. You were blessed and lucky to get the help when you needed them. I guess you owe the boys and Coast Guard a nice looking card of thank or you can thank them in a local newspaper with your story to boost their moral.
Diesel engines are designed to ran even when wet. It is a magnificient machine. The only sad lament about Diesel is the inventor just disappeared while on an official cruise on the open seas. Nobody knows what really happened to the invetor.
Anyway, I have posted a new blog entitled 'Scratching inside the Cold Coffin.
It is YAKKY at the start but I assure you it has a good ending.
regards..
Prof.

Have you ever watched the show on Discovery Channel entitled 'I Shouldn't Be Alive?' There was an episode that dealt with this. I'm terrified of sharks. I think I was traumatized by 'Jaws' in the eighth grade.

I am glad all of you were alright after all that but I find it disgusting that the boats owner could be upset that you called the Coast Gaurd, you sure did do the right thing!

Nan--- Glad that you survived. Same malfunction happened to me a few years
but with a smaller boat. We just managed to beach it on an island.
