I have learnt that
selkf acceptance and trust are a state of being.
So I am working on just staying even - even - when things are going wrong - waiting for things to come back to eveness around me,

Acceptance
Accepting all faults is a challenging thing to do.
One minute I feel good about myself, the next I feel like I can't do anything right.
Confusing, but something we should all strive for.
