Blackberry's are great I agree! But some users don't know the first thing
I get plenty of calls from those who don't know how to use them, and expect me to tell them everything they'll ever have to know about it in some 5 or 10 minutes. Some forget how to operate them, or never learn at all. Then they call me complaining about it.
There are very convenient, but I wish some people can catch up with the technology if they intend to use that technology on a daily basis.

Original Influence, There is pending litigation aobut them, but I hadn't
heard that. Who wants them banned? They are quite useful and innovative!
