She married him for his money...
Maybe there should be some kind of reverse age law, if you marry someone forty years your senior you can be arrested just as if they were a minor? Lets face it, the older you get the less sense you seem to have... somewhat like when you are young...

I think that it says good things that it has gone this far. None of us can

know what went on between she and the oil man, he may very well have wanted her to have half, with the way his son has behaved, it wouldn't surprise me at all.

Plus, and here is what gets me.... Maybe you will think this silly, but.....

When there are billions at stake, what is it going to hurt to let her have some? It isn't like the guy is going to run out of money, right? He wasn't even willing to give her the small settlement that she was awarded in California! It isn't like he, earned the money himself!

In the long run, I am quite sure that she did more for his father than he ever did! Haha!

She has no clue! But then again does she need one?

When you have a chest like she has? She has lost the weight? and she is blonde?( no offense to blondes)

The supreme court should be ashamed to hear this case? There are other cases out there that need greater attention. But then again... it just shows you which way our entire society seems to be sliding....

I wonder if she'll end up being the next...

Mrs. John Paul Stevens.

I didn't have to do it,
But I did it to say,
"I didn't have to do it,
But I would anyway."

MountainClimber...
I first read the comment as "the supreme court works for those that don't"....which could be true.

Sassy...
Sorry, the key is Crapload News, which only exists in my mind and feeds off my sarcasm, no, she didn't really say that, at least not that I know of, but you never know.

Food4thought, truly a travest of justice, and as you suggest
a waste of the Supreme Court's time, but we must admit, the constituion does work even for those that it probably shouldn't!

She actually said that?
Has she absolutely no shame? I guess she doesn't watch the news, so Roe verses Wade is beyond her. I always thought that her acting dumb was simply an act, but now I know better.
