So Wrong...So Manipulative...
The notion of blasphemy is purely a theologic opinion. The reality of Auschwitz (the site of the greatest mass murder in the history of humanity) is purely a historic fact.
THAT'S the important distinction between the two.
You might regard depictions of Muhammad as blasphemy, but that's just your belief. A belief that must not be shared by everyone on the planet. And you might regard the Holocaust as some sort of elaborate conspiracy. But Hitler's attempt at genocide is a matter of historical record. A historic fact that must be shared by everyone on the planet.
