Running the business.
Dear Cynthia.. Yes, running a business or school and ruining has only one difference.
It is the letter 'I". Most of the sytems are good or not the best, the failure of institution is not the system but the peson running or ruining it.

You have to sway supporters and win new ones tol ead.
The majority ("the peepul") don't want substance, they want guarantees they won't be messed with and maybe get a break, warranted or not.
For that matter, same for Business.
