Thank you so much for your comments and advice.

I have hardly slept all night due to my brain ticking over....but I am sure I will come to a decision. I will talk to the college advisor....see what my options are and what would be better...see how things go from there...eventually I will like to do them all....but as most of you said...one at a time.

thank you..

Hi I also love learning and have the same problem
choosing courses. The best thing to do is see what the prerequisite courses for each subject are. This may narrow the field when you find you can't enter a particular course. Next, I'd look at the course outlines in depth and see which is most practical. If this doesn't narrow it down, then look and see which appeals most. If this is still not helping, do the shortest courses first. If all else fails, put the names in a hat and choose that way. The main thing, don't enrol in all of them - It will be too much work and what may, under this blaze of enthusiasm may seem workable, will be terror when it comes to assignments and exams. (Been there, done that, learned a valuable lesson.)

Why not put up a small child care center?

Dear Symphony,, If you have a good space, you can put up a small child care center and it is good money. I don't know your laws but it would not be very far from Australian. After all we have the same Queen.

I have posted a new blog and this time it is from my experience in NEW JERSEY, USA.

regards..  Prof.

Symphony begin with the class you most want to explore.
Enjoy that and seek school counseling so you can set up a program. It will come together if you will look at it like an umbrella. It has all those little bumps at the ends of the wires holding the form. You want to paint all of them blue and not get any on the umbrella at all. Then you have to paint them one at a time. Choose one to begin with and keep going in an orderly direction until you are finished.

SYMPHONY...

If I were making a decision to take classes again, I'd take the one that I was most interested in, to begin with, to give myself a time to break in easy to the world of study.  I'd work hard to excel. Then I'd go from there with more confidence and knowledge, toward the remainder of my goal.

Sweets, take one step at a time, but remember to enjoy getting where you are going.

Is there a counsellor at the school you can talk to Symph?
Maybe he/she could help you narrow down your choices?  Good luck!!

I think that writing is the one that would enable you to explore all those others. Just a thought.

Pick your favorite and go with that! Just one step at a time
gets you where you want to go.

Do one course at a time. Writing is what you've always wanted to do. Many people start off with many but give up too soon.

Symp--all I can advise is to start something. The beginning in anything is
the hardest part, as a rule.

Thank you for your advice, mira1

I am actually a Pisces. but argh...I just can't think...I don't want anybody to tell me what to do...I am hoping somebody can tell me...is there a course that with all of those things (except the writing) can be put in one or two or maybe three course.....it  is so frustrating

Dear Symphony,
You're simply too ambitious and intelligent. I won't be surprised if you tell me, that your sign of the Zodiac is Gemini or Aquarius, such an attitude is typical of them.. You must help yourself, no one takes such a decision for you. If I were in your shoes, I would draw a pyramid of my needs and interests. Then I would choose the option put on the top of it...
