i don't want to see his face
but the thought of being able to do various and sundry things to such a postage stamp intrigues me

I write irony, you just iron shirts
There's a section of California hiway (I think it's US 99) named after James Dean. Really.  Also, there's a strip of highway in Tennesee named after Dolly Parton.  BTW, the stretch of road is flat.

Excellent, Professor!

Where's the ROTFLMAO emoticon when you need it?

Tigerprincess, maybe "irony" is a better word than "perveristy." Reagan was, after all, aredently opposed to big government and, by extension, expensive government. So here's his stamp reissued with higher postage?

In another way of looking at it, maybe it is appropriate since he also called for government to be fiscally responsible. But his preference was cutting government, not raising its prices.

No more perverse than...
Naming the airport after the man who fired the PATCO folks (the air traffic controllers)

I dont' really see it as a perversity as much as a tribute to a great leader
