You always make people think and tonight I had a memory of a scary line form somewhere, maybe the Bible or something, where it talks about a fella dying in ignominy. Well, I like your word of anonymity better, It,s not so harsh. lol

A powerful meditation
on the paradoxical nature of spirit's sojourn into material reality.

I'm not sure. I get 'tuned in' to a certain feeling and the words just come. If there were any other reason, I think that I'd work it out instead of using innuendo.

I think it has evolved into something other than it was when I started. The name came to me one evening, and I liked it. Thanks for noticing.

Avant-Garde,
I can't say that I look forward to death, surrendering all the turmoil and emotional upheaval for whatever comes next, but somehow contemplating the reminder of the relative infinitesimal span of my life, helps me to keep perspective. I wonder what prompted you to write this?

Okay, I know you are going to think I'm full of it...
This morning, as I let the dog out (and yelled at her to hurry because it's FREEZING), I was absolutely amazed at how loud the birds were. And I thought back to how, when I was little, one of my favorite things was hearing the loud rapture of birds in the morning. Of course, the dog wandered, so my mind did as well. Then I thought of how, even after I depart, the birds will still be singing. And I thought of what you wrote--that void. For the FIRST time, I really didn't fear it. For the first time, it just seemed natural. Great post.

The void is not to be feared, for it is our true identity. Thank you.

Brilliant and Beautiful Prose - As Usual
There is one constant in your comings and goings. You. You came from the void. You return to the void. It can only follow that you always were, and always will be.
