Whacky,
I need to remember to take advantage of the library loan system. My boyfriend is very good about ordering books online through the interloan service and picking them up, but I never stop to think about using that for movies. I guess I'm too impetuous, and want them immediately. Thanks for the reminder. After all, we do use Netflix, so it's not that much different
I haven't watched many John Waters films, I can't remember if I've seen HairSpray or not, but I know it's different, satirical and a little irreverent. Interesting choice.

Whacky--- Yes, the library remains a great place. A friend of mine is
married to a librarian, and he frequently reminds me of the benefits. In my humble opinion, Blair Witch Project is the worst movie ever made, far worse than Pink Flamingoes, which I enjoyed in a perverse sort of way. Plan 9 From Outer Space (Ed Wood) generally is thought to be the worst, but again, for me, being so bad made it entertaining.

Whacky...
I haven't been to the library an awhile, but I think I might just check it out. Thanks.

I think some of the extras included with a DVD
are often the best part of the DVD. You get the inside scoop, often thebloopers and, well, that's usually where I head when the movie is done.
Have a great weekend!

Whacky, isn't it great?! We live in a small county in Western North Carolina
But we have a great library system. We have a pretty extensive movie library, and a great music selection as well! I can usually find popcorn at BigLots...and we're set for a night at the movies! Good post!
