Two points...

1. I'm not a dude.

2. I'm never wrong.

But, by all means, continue wolfing down your eggs and sausage.

Sorry, Dude, but you're WRONG.

Read the Title. It's a post for Low-Carb adherents. Low-carb approves of sausage and eggs.

For a certain, specific segment of the population, Low-Carb has been shown, in peer-reviewed, scientifically designed studies, to have significant health benefits. If you've studied the more recent literature, you'll be familiar with these studies, once of which showed low-carb followers to have the following benefits: lowered cholesterol and triglyceride levels, lower BMI, increased muscle strength, more stable blood glucose levels. Again, low-carb is indicated only for a specific segment of the population. If you do not have reactive hypoglycemia or diabetes, then low-carb is not for you.

Our forefathers, if they made it past their second birthday, had the possibilitt of living to be anywhere from 75 to 100 years old, and many of them ate sausage and eggs every day. My own great uncle just died at the age of 97; he was immensel healthy, and he had sausage and eggs for breakfast nearly every day.

I don't know about anyone else, but I don't consider 97 "an early grave."

Sounds really good...

but sausage and eggs will send you to an early grave (no matter how they're prepared).
