That is a good idea. I do one on Blogit just because a journal lets you put down whatever comes to mind. You have to consider that it's something of a public show, but you are pretty much free to enter anything you feel like doing. The Everything Else category is nearly the same thing. I haven't looked into which is more successful at attracting a readership, but I really should.
As far as a personal journal, outside of Blogit, that's a very good idea. Especially when you are doing things like bike trips or any kind unique experiences. Anything that is out of the ordinary is a good candidate for journalling. Even the ordinary can be. A journal is primarily a subjective record of events from which much material can later be drawn. I only feel terrible that I didn't do much more of it for years. I have a good memory, which I have allowed to substitute, but it just isn't the same. You really should do that. I'm careless about it, and I forever regret it.
Your Motorcycle Diaries is really a type of journal, and I really enjoy reading it.

I think you have hit upon the answer. My journal has become a little possessive and domineering. I think that's a result of my being taken for granted. A woman would probably bring a splash of cold water into Journa's face. A splash that would snap her back into a more realistic perspective. I should do a little looking around. Thank you. Don't be surprised if you spot me hanging around your blogs.

It's best to keep it that way. I did that for a long time, then one night I was feeling a little sensually depived, and everything went out the Windows. It's been something of an uncontrollable situation ever since.

A shirt is probably in order. My journal ended up on my shoulder for some sort of contact gratification. I had a shirt on, but it ended up getting ripped as it was yanked off. I would recommend a sturdy shirt. A bra, now, I don't know. It would offer some safeguards, but I know that they aren't very comfortable to wear. I'll leave that up to you. It depends mostly on how aggressive your journal happens to be.
