I've heard enlightenment described as quiet laughter. What else can one do, when he's seen that it is his perceptions that were in error? Thanks a lot for reading and commenting.

I've always liked blue and red. I've worn a lot of green lately, though. It must help: I'm the only one in my family who's not ill.

Blog-it is a give and take arena. To be read, one must take initiative and read others. Over time, you will discover who will read you honestly and comment openly. Again, I thought it was a great post and it is worthy of recognition. Keep up the good work and don't get discouraged.

I got this inspiration from seeing a rocking chair in the basement. It hit me all at once. Thanks for reading.

Wear red for energy, yellow for intellectual strength, and purple for psychic energy.

Chakras are 'wheels of light', or energy centers that run the length of the spinal column. It is a widely accepted belief in Hinduism.

it seems to work...i have learnt a lot from your knowledge...can you tell me a little bit more about colors and chakras?

Avant -
I think a rocking chair should be a required piece of furniture for each home. I think it is impossible to not relax and de-stress while rocking in a good rocking chair.

No one minds if you rant. But, it is a lot easier to sit and think about why is this great need to prove oneself 'right' all the time. Thanks for the read.

Yes, green influences health. It has to do with chakras. Rocky Mountain Activist posted about it awhile back. Good luck on your speedy recovery.

HI Avant-Garde
I liked the rocking chair analogy. I think that the idea that it is better to spend time looking than to expound all day is particularly apt. I often want to rant on my blog but try to remember to read other blogs instead. It's a lot more relaxing than ranting.

I'm afraid some have that looking/expounding thing backwards and are in much need of a rocking chair.
