Corbin I don't know about Texas but most states require hunting accidents
be reported immediately. This happened on 2/11 at 5:30 pm, the sheriffs office never talked to Cheney until 18 hours later and the Wildlife officer never took a report until Monday 2/13 and they say no alcohol was involved, how would they know? No matter what the whole deal was not handled properly, there is no speculation in that.
