Azur, sometimes I feel
those "sympathy" responses as a kind of pandering, that has more to do with earning "clicks" on blogit than real sympathy, but maybe I'm just being too negative about peoples true motivations.

I loved this post and the descriptions of the small connections. I have had that experience too where you talk about something only to find it mistaken as an invitation to sympathy. We see far more than we can ever write

fw, I thought I had lost you
after you read that I had married a guy who had left his wife and two kids... I'm glad you can bring some objectivity to what you read and not hate me for stuff that happened years ago.
