Ay yes, I can identify with your joys, pains and guilts of raising your children. Good dad,s always feel guilty about not spending enough time with the children, But in actuality, I bet you spend more time than you've got after working to feed them.

I believe too and I think that when your children are unwell you realise what treasure you really have in your midst and long for that sparkle to return.

My oldest boy, Sam, has run a high fever now for three days. We watch it soar, then break. Over and over. He's sleeping right now. I worried the whole shift yesterday for him. I hope Christian gets better soon. I empathize with you.

I am glad that he seems to be on the mend.
A good sleep generally does help things. I, too, have been thinking of the days when my youngest was still a small tyke. He just got his first part-time job and it brought me back to times from long ago. Be well.
