Thats funny
I was just thinking I would write a post about the whole "Love thy neighbor" deal. Well maybe I still will. Anyway another great post from you as usual Gomedome. I personally don't understand how one could have love for everyone. Obviously I don't wish ill on others (well for the most part) and I respect other human beings (well for the most part) but that doesn't mean I love them. It seems that the more people you love the more diluted it becomes. I understand that love is an emotion and not a commodity but I'm not willing to just pass around something so valuable as love.

elysiafields - I agree with that to a certain extent
But it also in itself concedes that religion cannot help our species collectively.

Religion = politics
Religion = nationalism
Therefore a religion cannot be all inclusive.
