Having gone to school with people who are now practicing medicine.......
science and being an avid gleaner of "new" scientific facts. Also I studied rudimentary science and have always been an astute observer, I've come to a conclusion by seeing the results of a science based, "health" focussed society, that they obviously;y don't know diddly squat.
What they are about is another monopoly of "expertise" a closed club self inflated and self supporting. Fraud perpetrated under the guise of expertise. You eat what you wish, the important thing to avoid is the stress of guilt which will kill you every time.
