You've really been changing and evolving over the past few years...
You've gone thru alot and are wiser for it...we all do lose our innocence though.

Symphony, those words could easily be written by my mother, who died
2 years ago from a fall in an assisted living facility;   however, the nurses did not have to look at her, she was the pride and joy of all, for even at 79, she was truly a giver to all, and beloved by all!

Beautiful and so poignant Symphony...
From time to time Symph, it will feel like the dreams are unattainable but hold on to them...you have to...they are goals too and if you keep them close to you and work toward them they can come true!  And your children aren't destined to a life without hope, without dreams...you are there to teach them, to show them, all the possibilities.  That poem your Grandma wrote is absolutely wonderful.  It should be published...I'm sure it echoes what many elderly persons feel.  Very touching!

We all miss our childhood from time to time...To me, that's why it's so important to act like a child every now and again!!  Dreams aren't just dreams, love...God gave us our dreams for a reason.  One day, if it's truly meant to be, whatever you dream will be made possible for you...You'll reach out and find that you CAN grab onto them....Hold on to that.
