I enjoyed this post. There are certain people here that I no longer read. They complain how people are attacking them...oh poor me.... and then their next blog is extremely offensive. Go figure!

i have spoken in generalities instead of pointing out particular individuals partly out of courtesy, although I have mentioned these individuals in the past.
some have even posted recently about how they don't accept certain types of comments, and have blocked comments from those would write in opposition and critically of their posts.
I would suppose it's like stereotyping an entire group because of a few individuals whose actions stand out in the crowd.
I apologize if that was the case.
I am guilty of judging an entire group by the actons of a few, so I do apologize.

what gets me is when people read my posts but do not comment then turn around and write a post against what I just said. I don't mind really but a comment would be nice out of courtesy if nothing else.

The decisions that you made and express in this posting are good ones. I applaud you for that. I do believe that you could have picked a more accurate title. Unless you actually name names, one must assume that you are speaking in generalities for the meaning of "these". There are bloggers here that are fundamental in their beliefs that do not argue and do not become offensive when someone expresses an opposition to a post that they have written.

There are many who only hear what they want to hear, and will not accept any views other than theirs. Unfortunately, one cannot change another, just continue to do as one chooses. I agree, read the ones that you choose and write freely. Those who choose to read will.
I think we have agreed to agree to disagree on topics. I hope you understand that my training is in conflict resolution. On those issues, I write. I will read on a variety of topics and comment on some, especially the ones to which I feel I can add. Good post!
