Oh Lovely...
...I don't think it's a horrible thing to say...I think everyone needs their own time away/time out from life and people. And ya...saying goodbye sucks.

I am so sorry that you are sad...
we meet so many people in our life time and there is always a sad time to say good bye...it does not make it any easier or harder with whatever circumstance....I do hope you feel better soon...Lots of Love
