Very Unwise to fan the flames of Religious Warfare
The so-called cultural differences between "us" and "them" are greatly exaggerated. Please see post: http://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/life_of_the_spirit/340460  These cartoons are part of a series of actions that almost seem calculated to increase tensions and fan the flames of religous warfare.

Nautikos, I am so sorry your very well done and doccumented post

has drawn such vile remarks. I apologize that they missed the context of your post.

Keep going. This is the tennor of those who do not know what they are talking about, but will drive your work totally into the ground to prove to whomever that they do.

Keep going, there are some who will want to see what you are doing. Those are the people with their eyes open.

i think

that now every religion on this planet has to be totally accepting of every other religion.

the narrow-mindedness that divides us all has to be dissolved.

Christianity, being the "turn the other cheek" and "love thy neighbor" religion, ought to initiate bridges to other religions.

only, if you read the fundamentalist Christians here, they can't even initiate a bridge to other Christians.  They are just as radical as the Moslem passages quoted.

Use a thorn to remove a thorn.

Mohammed created the Muslim religion to counter Judaism and Christianity. Ignorance can be opposed with knowledge or ignorance. Islam is the ‘thorn removing a thorn’ method. "It will take Christianity, as the basis of our collective morality, and the family as the nucleus of our Volk and state, under its firm protection....May God Almighty take our work into his grace, give true form to our will, bless our insight, and endow us with the trust of our Volk." Hitler, 1933.

Many claim that Hitler was not a Christian, and discount everything he wrote and spoke for public consumption. That’s just some Christians trying to avoid the truth and rewrite history. He was always a devout Christian. There are many American Christian organizations today that use Hitler leadership techniques as part of their leadership training programs.

The Bush family was the main financial backers that brought Hitler to power. I won’t refer you to web sites. A simple google search will give you enough details to keep you busy for a long time. What the Bush family failed to accomplish in Germany they are accomplishing in America. Look at Bush’s appointments. We are not a secular nation. We are a theocracy, and the Muslim world recognizes that. The more overtly we advertise our theocracy the more opposition we generate in the Muslim world.

I miss the 60’s. I liked watching the Irish Protestants and Catholics blowing each other up. I thought the world was making real progress then. I think we’ve regressed.
