Indeed. There is a perfect time for flowering, and it's always the right time.

Thanks. Being grateful for the lessons inherent in failure is itself a resounding success.

The bloom will not always radiate, because it cannot be sparkling every moment. The rain is needed to sustain it.

Precisely. That's failure's purpose.

Avant-Garde,
Out of the kiln, comes the forged steel.  The seed lies dormant in the soil through the winter, and insects cocoon til their metamorphisis is complete. What a great reminder that appearances are deceiving and that a diamond is carbon in the rough until it's polished.

Beautifully written...
but our failures hurt most inside, you know...and also sometimes the feeling not to advance, to stay so stagnant...that's a real big pain...but i love the way you wrote this article

Oh, AG, and what of failing in love?
What does that do to the bloom?  Does it not take special food (and love) to make the bloom flourish. (just a little blue today.)

If we did not fail, I believe we would not appreciate the success!

I needed this today!
although maybe "dirt" would be more effective than "soil" to make your point. Thanks for keeping us in balance.
